Data Security

All account data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We audit our systems quarterly and patch vulnerabilities within 48 hours of discovery.

Account Closure

You can close your account anytime via Settings > Account > Close Account. We'll settle any pending withdrawals and delete your profile data within 30 days.

Submit a data-access request in Settings > Legal & Privacy. We'll send you a copy of all your personal data within 15 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge or withdrawal, contact [email protected] with your account ID, date and amount. We investigate within 5 business days.

Policy Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to these Terms via email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use your account after the change date means you accept the new terms.

Your account stays active and your balance is held in full. We don't close inactive accounts or deduct fees. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page or contact support to regain access.

No. Our Terms require that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method may result in your deposit being reversed and your account flagged for review.

Your balance never expires. Funds remain in your account indefinitely until you withdraw them. Withdrawal requests via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically process within 24 hours after you submit them.

We keep your data encrypted and offline for seven years for tax and legal compliance. You can request early deletion where local law permits by contacting [email protected] with your account ID.
